How We Got Here
We started in 2009 because rental companies in the Seattle area weren't answering phones or showing up on time. One person, a beat-up truck, and a commitment to pick up the phone. We grew from a single service route in Seattle proper to coverage across Issaquah, Shoreline, Lynnwood and all the way south to Federal Way. Today we operate 340 units and pump roughly 12 septic tanks per month. Our team handles septic tank cleaning the same way we handle everything else: on schedule, cleaned right, and with a real person you can reach when you need us.
What We Rent
We stock standard porta potties with 60 to 70 gallon holding tanks, deluxe flushable units, ADA accessible toilets that meet ADA Standards section 213.2 for accessible clustering, and multi-stall 2 stall restroom trailers through 8 stall models. On the dumpster side we carry 10 yard through 40 yard roll-off containers for construction debris, renovation waste and cleanout jobs. We also rent storage containers, temporary fencing, and handwashing stations that come with soap and towels in compliance with 29 CFR 1910.141(d)(2). Seattle municipal code requires a Street Use permit from the Seattle Department of Transportation for any dumpster or storage container placed in the public right-of-way, and we help customers navigate that process.

What Sets Us Apart
We answer the phone. Most days a human picks up in under two minutes. We show up on time or we call you first. Our service interval is weekly for standard rentals, meaning your unit gets pumped, cleaned and sanitized every 7 days, which tracks the baseline standard in ANSI/PSAI Z4.3 for up to 10 users over a 40 hour work week. For construction sites, we size your rental to OSHA 1926.51(c) toilet requirements: one facility for 20 workers or fewer, then one toilet and one urinal per 40 workers up to 200, then one per 50 at 200 or more. We deliver roll-off dumpsters on the same day if the site has about 60 feet of straight clearance. We pump grease traps when fats, oils, grease and solids hit 25 percent of the liquid depth. Residential septic tanks typically need pumping every 3 to 5 years depending on tank size and household size, and we track your schedule so you don't have to.
What's the best way to get a quote?
Call or text your job specs: location in Seattle, unit type, rental duration, and any site constraints. We'll price it same day and can often deliver the next morning.
Do you service areas outside Seattle proper?
Yes. We cover Mercer Island 8.9 miles southeast, Shoreline 11.8 miles north, Burien 12.4 miles south, SeaTac 15.3 miles south, Issaquah 16.7 miles east, Lynnwood 17.0 miles north, Edmonds 17.0 miles north, Bothell 20.9 miles northeast, Sammamish 21.3 miles east, and Federal Way 26.1 miles south. Call to confirm coverage for your exact address.
Are your units accessible for people with mobility issues?
Yes. Our ADA accessible porta potties meet ADA Standards including a 36 inch minimum clear width route and 32 inch door opening. We maintain a 60 inch diameter turning circle and stable, firm, slip-resistant flooring per ADA Standards section 302.1.
What if I need emergency service?
We offer emergency septic service and emergency porta potty rental with same-day deployment for backup failures, sudden site needs and disaster response. Call right away and let us know what you're facing.
Can you handle a multi-month job?
Absolutely. Monthly rates apply to rentals longer than 4 weeks, and we discount ongoing monthly porta potty rental and septic pumping on predictable schedules. Reach out with your timeline and we'll lock in a price.
